I did eventually receive the survey PDF and physical copy. The pins, flags and drawing seem to be accurate. EDIT, later on 2-20-26: I received a call from Joan (from a 3rd number). She said that I can't get a refund because Mark had gone out and set pins on Feb 18, but I could cancel the drawings and not pay the final 50%. I said I'd check the pins and get back to her. Less than an hour later - while I was at the property checking the pins - I got a call again; no message left. I returned the call. I tried 2 of the 3 numbers; no answer. I have now sent another email. I just want the drawings ASAP so I can be done with this nonsense. I will update again if needed. One month later, I still don't have a survey, and my calls, VMs and texts are being ignored. I requested a refund of my deposit to be processed today (2-20-26). They use Biller Genie so it's a matter of Transaction > Refund > Confirm. I signed a proposal and paid a 50% deposit for a residential boundary survey on Jan 21. Joan said the soonest it could be scheduled was the morning of Feb 11. On Jan 26 I received a text (8:18 pm) that due to "extreme weather" my appointment was moved to 2 pm, still on Feb 11. Odd that they knew what the weather was going to be 2 weeks later, but OK, same day. Feb 11 came and I had heard nothing so at 7:19 pm I texted and asked if the survey had been completed. No response. I called the next day and Joan said that Mark had had a 'medical episode' and they were trying to figure out how to reschedule. She told me they could do Feb 23. I said OK and wished Mark a speedy recovery. About 10 minutes later she called back and said they could do Feb 18. I said "Even better, great". On Feb 17 Joan called and left a message saying she needed clarification on the "extra pins" I asked for: On my first call I had explained I was putting in a fence and would they be able to place an additional pin or two along the long boundary lines just to make it easier to layout the fence. Unfortunately, I missed the message because I was on another call - that one's on me. I sent a text at 4:21 pm on Feb 18 asking if the survey had been completed. No response. Yesterday, Feb 19 at 1:58 pm, I called and left a message. No response. Today I left a text, a VM on their second phone number, and sent an email requesting my full refund. After such a strange experience and reading more reviews (I read back almost a year before calling in the first place - I should have read them all,) I wouldn't trust the survey anyway. The worst part is that now 'spring has sprung', the other surveyors are booking out 6+ weeks, so my well-thought-out plans have all been set back, and are actually more expensive now that it's no longer the slow season. I will update this review if needed.Posted on Google kenneth truverTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found Arpenteur through a Google search and sent them a note through their website. They were very responsive and made an appointment right away. Our property is in a circle of a few streets and the boundaries are odd, but Mark was very diligent and professional and even set extra stakes to clarify our property lines. The turnaround time was very reasonable and we are thrilled with their communication throughout the process and the end result. We are highly satisfied and absolutely recommend them.Posted on Google Jennifer DeSimoneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joan and Mark were fantastic! Scheduling in the winter can be a challenge, but Joan stayed on top of things and kept me informed of what was happening and when, since we were delayed by the major snowstorm at the end of January. Mark came out and spent his time and thoroughly went through everything he needed to get our survey completed. A digital copy of the survey was sent to us shortly after the final payment was made and several hard copies followed in the mail. Their pricing was great and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend using Arpenteur for your surveying needs! A+!Posted on Google Pavel ShlyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently had a survey done at our property and Arpenteur Surveying was professional from start to finish. We quickly learned the complexities and series of steps required when it comes to surveys. Joan and Mark were informative and gave us detailed instructions, as well as helped manage the process. While it took longer then we thought before inquiring, they helped us get to the finish which was the most important thing. We highly recommend them for any of your residential surveying needs. Thank you! 🙏Posted on Google Ulrich MauserTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joan and Mark responded very quickly to my request for a residential survey.
